Residential: $75 Service Fee (Includes entire system
check) and a minimum of one hour @ $60/hr.
Estimate for other repairs and
upgrades provided.
Commercial: $100 Service Fee (Includes entire system check) and a minimum of one hour @ $100/hr. Estimate for other repairs and upgrades provided.

Sprinkler Installation
- One of BNC's Licensed irrigators will design a unique plan for the requested property for a one time fee of $150. The Installation price will be included with the design.

- Drip added or replaced
- Zones added or replaced
- Re-zoning from new landscaping

- Adjust for grown landscape
- Rezone for added patios or home additions
- Leaks fixed
- Broken heads replaced
